    I am also really excited to launch my new line of metal art! I was recently awarded a commission to create eight etched copper pieces for the Austin Oita Sister City Committee. These were gifts for the Japanese delegates when they visited Austin during SXSW (examples below). It gave me the chance I wanted to branch out into bigger pieces of metal using etching or repousse & chasing. So I have started creating metal art that is suitable for hanging or framing. I have a couple of pieces listed in my etsy shop, several in progress, and I am working on 2 custom orders right now. I really love working with these larger pieces! Lots of hammering!
